I signed up here at Deviant over 2 years ago then forgot about it. It was only when I checked out Dada's art that I decided I should load some of my own creations to my Deviant gallery. As I didn't have photos of my paintings at hand I loaded some of my photographs instead. In doing so I realised that I really enjoy taking photographs much more than creating paintings and my photos are more satisfying than my paintings.

All of my photos here are taken with lower-end digital cameras and I'm now seriously considering purchasing a quality digital SLR to pursue photography further. I used to own a good 35mm SLR and have many photographs on transperancies that I was always pleased with. I will obtain a scanner so i can convert all those to digital.

While I enjoy painting it is a mixed feelings kind of thing as I'm rarely ever satisfied with my creations and often on finishing them i stash them away to collect dust. I've always been more happy to show the world my photos.

I will continue to paint and to create other things but I have hereby decided to take the direction of pursuing creative photography. I wasn't expecting that!
